Bold ideas for a Labour government
Britain has a long and proud history, talented and hard-working citizens, brilliant businesses and world-leading industries.
But today, our economy is stagnating, our public services are crumbling, and our place in the world is diminished.
Labour Together exists to generate bold ideas that show what Britain could achieve with Labour in power.
Labour Together played a decisive role in Labour's recovery after the 2019 election defeat. Now it will play an even more important role in generating the ideas we need for Britain's renewal.
Member of Parliament for Ilford North and Shadow Secretary of State for Health and Social Care
In 2017, Labour Together developed a strategy for defeating the Hard Left and reconnecting Labour with the voters it had abandoned. In 2020, it played a key role in Keir Starmer’s leadership campaign, and Keir has since transformed our party. Now, Labour Together is helping to build a politics for Labour in power rooted in work, family and community - the things that are at the heart of British people's lives.
Member of Parliament for Croydon North and Shadow Secretary of State for Justice
Labour Together brings the party and the country together. With a deep focus on the voters - who they are, what they think, what they value - it ensures that Labour never again loses touch with the people we exist to serve.
Member of Parliament for Birmingham Ladywood and National Campaigns Coordinator
When we were at our lowest, Labour Together stepped up to bring our Party together, and chart a path back to power. Our Review showed how far we'd fallen, and the mountain we needed to climb, identifying the coalition we need to win, and the politics and ideas to move us forward. It's great that Labour Together will now, under Josh Simons’s leadership, be developing the big ideas and election strategies to get Labour back in power, and change Britain for the better.
Member of Parliament for Manchester Central and Shadow Secretary of State for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport
Labour Together was built by a group of MPs who wanted to make Labour electable again. In 2020, we rallied the membership behind Keir Starmer, helping him win the Labour leadership. Since then, Keir has changed the Labour Party, ensured its interests are the country’s, and put Labour back on the path to power.
Now, Labour Together is turning its gaze outward. We’re exploring how Labour can win the next election. And we’re developing the bold ideas that could transform Britain with Keir Starmer as Prime Minister.
